My River
~
Wind rippled clear water flows
in the splashy whispering river;
a rainbow coloured dragonfly shows
her glossy wings with a shiver.
Beavers and ducks and a flurry mink
between banks with luscious green,
the leave is now dancing but doesn't sink;
pure beauty - you know what I mean.
Very gentle warm autumn winds
are stroking my sun-warm skin,
the softly bowing willow sings
a tale of how you will begin...
...to listen with roots and with slender leafs
to all universes threads;
about that which no one really achieves,
which is within hearts,
but not heads.
The sun creates diamonds in water and sky
and kisses the clouds above.
I have a feeling like I could fly;
yes,
nature is so full of love!
